You will join our Energy division- Asset Management Department

As our new O&M Engineer within the Energy division you will be part of a growing department with highly experienced members both in Denmark and India. We conduct projects for major energy companies across both brownfield and greenfield projects including Wind, PtX, Power generation, Waste-to-energy, Oil & Gas and other industries. As an O&M Engineer in the Asset Management department, you will contribute as a valued member of our multidisciplinary project teams delivering high-quality projects and through this become a trusted partner to our clients.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Manage smaller O&M projects - define scope of work, provide input to resource plan and time schedules.
  • Support O&M workstreams on larger multidisciplinary EPC and consultancy projects.
  • Develop and improve operations and maintenance philosophies and strategies.
  • Develop and review operational and maintenance procedures.
  • Perform RAM, RBI, FMECA and RCM analyses.
  • Provide O&M engineering expertise in optimization and standardization of maintenance strategies and activities.
  • Implement O&M data in client CMMS and asset management systems.
  • Collaborate with clients and technical specialists across disciplines and locations.
  • Ensure effective communication with clients and partners.

Your starting point for constant growth

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in mechanical, electrical, marine or another relevant engineering discipline.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the energy or industrial sector.
  • A solid understanding of operations, maintenance or asset management principles.
  • An interest in developing your knowledge of RAM, RCM, FMECA, RBI, failure analysis and maintenance optimisation.
  • An analytical and structured approach to technical information and data.
  • Good digital skills and an interest in working with CMMS, asset management systems and engineering data.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in Danish and English.

Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include strong communication skills as well as stakeholder management skills and a commercial mindset. You are service minded and client centric. Furthermore, you enjoy working independently as well as in teams.
