Executive Assistant
- Full-time
Job Description
Henning Larsen is looking for a strong communicator and coordinator to proactively assist the Managing Director, taking lead on our internal global management owned communication and daily workflows.
The position is a maternity leave – ideally starting from 1 December 2026 and running for approximately a year.
Supporting the Managing Director
Your top priority is to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow for our Managing Director. You will take the lead on internal communication and be responsible for planning, coordination and follow-up on global leadership meeting forums. You will also prepare and coordinate management material, including presentations, reports, minutes and calendar planning, while helping to ensure that priorities, input and decisions move smoothly across a broad group of global stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
The role requires someone who can navigate many touchpoints confidently, manage access and information with good judgement, and act as a trusted point of contact around the Managing Director.
No two days will be the same: some days will be highly coordinating and operational, while others will give you an active role in shaping agendas, preparing strategic material and supporting follow-up on key priorities.
Are you our new colleague?
You are a recent graduate holding a master’s degree in business communications or marketing combined with relevant work experience from student assistant jobs and/or internships within an international company.
Additional key competencies are outstanding communication skills in both Danish and English and strong proficiency in PowerPoint. Graphic flair is required and experience within the design / architectural industry is an advantage.
As a person, you are an executer who thrives in a global, busy and dynamic environment with many parallel work processes. You are proactive, structured and well organized and ensure that all your assignments are completed to the right time and quality.
