Do you enjoy bringing structure to complex processes and helping teams deliver high-quality proposals?
Are you motivated by strengthening public procurement work that supports sustainable change in
Europe? Are you proactive, service-minded, and energised by smart organisation, smooth coordination,
and collaboration in a fast-paced international environment?

If this sounds like you, we would love to meet you. Join Ramboll Management Consulting Belgium as our
new EU Tender Coordinator and play a central role in strengthening our Public Procurement work in
Brussels.

Your new role
As our EU Tender Coordinator, you will take ownership of tender processes, ensuring requirements are
met, timelines are respected, and collaboration between experts, partners, and internal teams is
seamless.

As part of our Business Development & Support team, you will work closely with consulting teams,
project managers, internal experts, and external partners to help ensure that tender processes are well
organised, documentation and inputs are in place, and administrative, technical, and financial
requirements are followed throughout the tender lifecycle.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Identifying tender opportunities with EU and international organisations and supporting market intelligence activities.
  • Coordinating the tender preparation process-from opportunity identification to submission ensuring compliance with administrative and technical requirements.
  • Liaising with internal experts, external partners, and consortia to gather inputs and ensure timely contributions.
  • Supporting proposal development through CV formatting, reference tracking, and document preparation.
  • Contributing to budget preparation and supporting financial compliance.
  • Monitoring tender outcomes and contributing to the evaluation and improvement of sales and business development processes.
  • On an ad hoc basis, supporting project managers and teams with project coordination and backstopping, including administration, documentation, planning, reporting, and the organisation of project workshops and events.

About you
From the moment you start at Ramboll, we will support your professional and personal development so
that you can thrive and grow. For this role, we are looking for someone who brings strong organisational
skills, service orientation, and team spirit.

Your qualifications:

  • A relevant university degree and at least one year of experience in tender preparation; familiarity with EU public procurement is an asset.
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise effectively while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to produce high-quality, well-structured documents.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English; strong command of French is an asset.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with professionalism, integrity, and strong team spirit.
  • A service-minded, collaborative, and commercially aware approach, with a strong sense of responsibility.

Experience with EU public procurement, EU-funded projects, business development, project coordination, or office support would be an advantage but is not required across all areas. We are interested in candidates who bring strong tender coordination capabilities together with complementary strengths that can contribute to our wider team.

For this position you must have the right to live and work in the EU.

What we can offer you:

  • A culture that welcomes you as the unique person you are.
  • Inspiration from colleagues, clients, and projects.
  • The long-term thinking of a foundation-owned company.
  • A flexible work environment with the possibility to telework.
  • 32 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
  • An attractive, inclusive, and stimulating workplace in central Brussels.
