You will join our Civil, Site and QHSE department

As our new Team Leader in Civil, Site & QHSE Department you will be part of a strong technical environment. The department is highly experienced and delivers Site consultancy services within the energy sector for projects in Denmark and around the world. The primary focus areas of the department are Power Generation, P2X, Carbon Capture, Power Systems, Industrial and gas infrastructure sectors. Our services cover various disciplines in Construction, Commissioning phases of the projects, where the actual work are conducted on site, working for our clients. We support our Danish market and our international business with focus on Civil, Site & QHSE management as our main service area, but we also support the organisation in the earlier phases of a project including concept, feasibility, basic studies and detailed engineering.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Develop and build relationships with new and existing clients, and conduct sales meetings
  • Develop the services of the team further to meet current and future market and client demands including more international projects
  • Develop employees through the PDP process with regular 1:1 sessions to ensure the well-being of our employees
  • Ensure quality in site project deliverables
  • Operational management of team on a day-to-day basis to ensure optimal utilization of resources and execution of projects
  • Support accountability for department economy
  • Support strategy and business plan processes
  • Be part of the operative projects and in this way built relations in our business across sectors and support own business.

  • A Bachelor, Master within Mechanical or Electrical disciplines, or equivalent
  • Experience as people manager is an advantage, but not a requirement
  • Has experience working in one or more of the market sectors mentioned above
  • International experience is an advantage
  • Proven track record on delivering results on time, with high quality and within budget

Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include: Natural leader who can motivate your team through communication and action, high level of empathy and good situational awareness and enthusiasm.
