Your new role
As our new Consultant, you will be part of our global Wind & Solar Advisory team, supporting clients across onshore wind, offshore wind and solar projects. You will contribute to advisory assignments that combine technical, commercial and strategic perspectives, helping clients make informed decisions across different project phases. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams across areas such as electrical design, structural design, civil engineering, grid connection, project economics, permitting, procurement and construction interfaces.
Your key responsibilities
As part of a multidisciplinary project team, you will support advisory assignments of varied complexity and scale across onshore wind, offshore wind and solar projects. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Support project managers and senior consultants in planning and coordinating work packages, interfaces and deliverables, ensuring alignment with project specifications, regulatory requirements, industry standards and client expectations.
- Prepare clear reports, technical notes, analyses and presentations, including feasibility assessments, risk reviews, technical due diligence findings, performance evaluations and recommendations for client decision-making.
- Review and assess project information across cross-technical areas such as electrical design, structural design, civil works, grid connection, project layout, CAPEX/OPEX assumptions, project schedules, procurement strategies and construction interfaces.
- Support tender and procurement processes by contributing to technical requirements, reviewing bidder documentation, supporting technical evaluations and helping identify key risks, gaps and opportunities.
- Coordinate inputs from Ramboll specialists and external stakeholders, helping integrate technical, commercial and financial perspectives into coherent client deliverables.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Wind & Solar Advisory tools, templates, technical requirements and knowledge-sharing initiatives across international projects.

You will be part of our global Wind & Solar Advisory team working on offshore and onshore wind farm developments as well as solar projects worldwide. You will join an established and vibrant team of highly talented and engaged colleagues located across different geographies, providing consulting services to our clients along the whole value chain of wind projects renewable energy projects. You will collaborate with local and international colleagues and play a critical role in defining and delivering projects, developing innovative solutions, and shaping and enhancing our service delivery.

Required qualifications, skills and experience
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering in relevant field (electrical, mechanical, renewable energy etc.), or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, engineering consultancy, project development, technical advisory, project execution, transaction advisory or project finance.
- Experience preparing client-facing reports, technical notes, presentations, tender documentation or financial/commercial analyses.
- Interest in onshore wind, offshore wind and solar projects, with an ability to understand cross-technical and commercial topics such as design interfaces, project economics, risks, procurement and delivery models.
- Strong writing and communication skills in Polish and English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders in multidisciplinary and international teams.
Additional experience that would be an advantage
- Experience in one or more areas relevant to renewable energy projects, such as electrical design, structural design, civil engineering, grid connection, energy yield, technical due diligence, permitting, procurement, O&M, CAPEX/OPEX modelling or financial modelling.
