Job Description

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Deliver accurate and coordinated structural models and drawings from concept to As-built using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Ensure adherence to Ramboll templates, standards, and BIM Execution Plan (BEP) for all deliverables.
  • Follow established modelling strategies and QA/QC requirements to maintain quality from the outset.
  • Apply correct Revit workflows: modelling, tagging, view templates, worksets, schedules, and coordination processes.
  • Develop Revit families, generate PDF/DWG exports, and prepare drawings as needed.
  • Perform clash detection, resolve coordination issues, and maintain discipline model links.
  • Support automation processes and manage ACC Revit workflows (Publish/Share/Consume).
  • Communicate proactively with the BIM Manger/BIM Lead regarding project challenges and propose improvements.
  • Carry out self-checks to ensure compliance with QA standards and checking procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil/Structural Engineering.
  • Min. 5  year of work experience in 3D BIM and REVIT. Dynamo knowledge will be an added advantage
  • Experience in implementing the BIM Adoption of different BIM authoring tools and collaboration technology.
  • Good knowledge of local/ International building standards
  • Proficient with MS Office (Work, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
  • Problem-solving and proactive approach to project delivery challenges.
  • Ability to develop Revit families and manage multi-disciplinary model integration
  • Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks Manage, Solibri, BIMCollab.
  • Familiarity with RTV Exporter, DiRoots/Naviate/Ideate tools, Rhino, Dynamo, and ACC features.
  • Should have experience in Data center projects.
