Job Description

We are strengthening our Framework & Indexation capability within Business Finance, Project Controlling, and are looking for two professionals to join a dedicated team responsible for managing framework contracts, price lists, and indexation across the Nordics and beyond.

You will be part of the Project Controlling organisation and a small global framework contract team focused on improving the quality, consistency, and availability of data for Business and Project Controllers.

About the role

As part of the Framework & Indexation team in Finance, you will play a key role in ensuring that framework agreements, price lists, and indexation updates are accurate, up to date, and consistently managed. You will work closely with stakeholders across functions and help ensure that activities are delivered efficiently and accurately.

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update financial framework agreement data in CRM
  • Read and interpret framework contracts and communicate key requirements
  • Create, update, and manage price lists in ERP
  • Handle price indexation updates and option period changes in close collaboration with Project and Business Controllers
  • Archive contract documentation
  • Respond to queries related to framework agreements and pricing
  • Monitor framework agreements and ensure timely follow-up

What we’re looking for:

A detail-oriented finance/data professional with experience in contracts or pricing administration, strong system skills, and the ability to translate contract terms into accurate CRM/ERP data.

  • Experience working with contracts, data management, or similar tasks
  • Ability to read and understand contracts
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive mindset and good knowledge of relevant tools and systems

Language requirements:

  • Role 1: Swedish, Norwegian, and English
  • Role 2: Danish, German, and English
