Are you passionate about creating web-based products? Do you want to develop solutions that deliver the right data to the right stakeholders at the right time? Are you a curious student who wants hands-on experience and real impact?
If this sounds like you, or you’re curious to learn more, then this role could be the perfect opportunity. Join our Stakeholder Intelligence TECH department as our new Student Programmer (Fullstack) and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future.
Your new role
As our new Student Programmer (Fullstack), you will work in a cross-functional SCRUM team to develop and maintain web-based products that support decision-makers across organisations. You will be part of our Stakeholder Intelligence TECH department, where we build digital solutions for collecting, processing, and presenting many different types of stakeholder data. The department consists of approximately 45 developers, 6 designers and several student programmers distributed across multiple product teams. Working hours are approximately 15 hours per week with flexibility around your studies and exams, and there is the possibility to take on more hours during busy periods.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Become an active member of a SCRUM team and contribute to developing our products and solutions.
- Implement front-end and back-end features using technologies like React, Apollo, TypeScript, Java, REST/GraphQL and SQL, and support deployment with Docker and CI tools.
- Maintain code quality through test-driven development, code reviews, and collaboration with designers and product owners.
- Participate in sprint ceremonies, internal meetings (including Sprint Review), and ongoing product refinement.
About you
- You are a student in a relevant programme (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar).
- You enjoy writing code and have relevant experience from study projects or personal/leisure projects.
- You are familiar with, or eager to learn, technologies such as React, TypeScript, Java, REST/GraphQL, SQL, Docker, and Git.
- You care about delivering quality (test-driven development, good technical solutions) and are detail-oriented.
- You are curious, open to feedback, able to work independently, and comfortable taking responsibility.
What we can offer you
- Flexible work environment with the possibility to coordinate hours around your studies (approx. 15 hours/week).
- Possibility to increase hours in busier periods if desired.
- Commitment to your development and learning from experienced engineers and designers.
- A culture that welcomes you as the unique person you are, with strong team spirit and many social events.
- Inspiration from colleagues, clients, and projects that set standards in our industry.
- Technical excursions, social activities, and a stimulating, hands-on product environment.
