We are looking for a Business Development Intern - International Markets in Copenhagen
(Vesterbrogade 76, Copenhagen, Denmark)

The internship will start in July/August 2026 and last for 12 months.

This internship is meant to enrich your studies, and we can only accept applicants who are currently students or between studies. Applicants should have completed an undergraduate degree and either be between studies or be enrolled in postgraduate studies that will not be completed before the internship ends. Applicants who have already obtained a completed Master’s degree are not eligible.

Why do we need you?
To continue our journey of creativity, innovation, and setting best practice, we are looking for a Business Development Intern with energy, curiosity, strong communication skills and an interest in the built environment to join the International Business Development team in our Copenhagen studio. As an intern in our Copenhagen office, you will get the opportunity to work closely with Design Directors and the global BD team to support business development, market research and client outreach across international markets.

What will you be doing?
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Supporting the Business Development team and the Design Directors with project pursuits, client management, implementing go-to-market strategies and outreach strategies.
  • Conducting market research and outreach to identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Preparing and managing marketing and outreach materials.
  • Identifying, managing, preparing and tracking opportunities from lead stage to competition, independently and together with the team.
  • Contributing to proposals, bids and presentations.
  • Supporting and organising marketing campaigns, industry events and client visits with the team.
  • Managing stakeholders and partnerships and providing strategic advisory to our Design Directors.

What are we looking for?
As our new Business Development Intern we anticipate that you:

  • Have completed an undergraduate degree and are either between studies or currently enrolled in postgraduate studies that will not finish before the internship ends; applicants who have already obtained a Master’s degree are not eligible.
  • Have a keen interest in design and architecture.
  • Have a background in architecture/built environment, business, marketing or similar.
  • Are a strong communicator with fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Have copywriting experience and the ability to write concisely to summarise key information.
  • Have an eye for graphic design.
  • Are a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment – agile, dedicated and organised.
  • Are proactive and eager to learn and develop.
  • Fluency in German, French, or Dutch is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience with InDesign is preferred but not mandatory.
