Your new role

As our new student assistant based in Copenhagen, you will support project managers and project teams within Power Systems, primarily working on projects related to high-voltage substations and transmission infrastructure. You will play an important role in ensuring that project documentation, administrative processes, and commercial project support activities are handled in a structured and consistent manner, in close collaboration with experienced colleagues.
Your work will be closely linked to ongoing projects and customer deliveries, giving you valuable insight into how large technical projects are executed in practice.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Support the setup and structuring of project folders to ensure consistent documentation across projects
- Prepare and update project organization charts in coordination with project managers
- Assist with the preparation of Performance Guarantees, Advance Payments, and Payment Applications in relation to invoicing for both fixed price and time and material projects
- Support project related invoicing processes in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders
- Create and maintain opportunities and projects in CRM (Dynamics 365)
- Support resource planning activities, including the setup and update of project staffing information
- Prepare and maintain contact lists and provide general administrative project support
About you
You are currently studying towards a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, energy systems, marine engineering or a similar technical field.
In addition, we expect that you:
- Have an interest in energy systems, power infrastructure, and project-based work
- Work in a structured and detail-oriented manner
- Are comfortable working with documentation and administrative processes
- Have good IT skills, particularly within Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CRM systems is an advantage but not a requirement
- Are fluent in English; Danish is an advantage but not required
- Are motivated to translate theory into practical project work in a professional environment
