Job Description

We invite you to bring your Project Management experience into play, as you help improve the way we work, collaborate, and innovate through projects. To succeed in this role, you must understand what it takes to drive progress in global projects, have a sense of urgency, and at the same time be patient.

This is a maternity cover for 9 months with expected start date in June.

Please be informed that you will work and be based out of our Copenhagen office.

 

You will join our Ramboll Tech Projects Chapter

As our new colleague in Tech Projects, you will be part of a great team. We are responsible for executing Tech Projects and the project portfolio covers broadly from technical projects and strategic implementations of new global solutions to the area of M&As, where we plan and onboard new colleagues around the world.

 

Project Manager

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivery on various technical projects within different regions and areas of the technology landscape.

You will be able to use your leadership and interpersonal skills including teamwork, facilitation, negotiation, and communication. Stakeholder management is expected to be performed at a solid level.  

For this role we believe your starting point could be:

Education:

  • B.Sc. or equivalent
  • Project Management Certifications

Experience:

  • 6+ years relevant professional experience, including 4+ years employment within technology and with project management as primary job content preferably from a global organisation
  • Ability to solve tasks in a structured way
  • Ability to establish cross organisational collaboration
  • Proactive stakeholder management at all levels
  • Technical knowledge and experience within technical domains
  • Business understanding

Personal skills:

  • Good communication skills in speech and writing
  • Can communicate key messages to the point, both written and orally and adjusted to various stakeholders
  • Result oriented and taking ownership for assigned tasks as well as driving team to success
  • Change willingness and ability to adapt to new situations
  • Flexible attitude, proactive and able to take initiative
  • Be a team player by enhancing good team spirit and cooperate well with colleagues and vendors and with a high degree of knowledge sharing
  • Have integrity and be impactful and enthusiastic
  • Cross-cultural awareness and understanding
