Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Communications Lead Advisor for Strategy and Leadership Communication to serve as an internal strategic communications partner to our executive leadership team. In this role, you will shape the narratives that connect our business with our internal stakeholders. You will function as a trusted advisor, helping leaders communicate with clarity, impact, and authenticity, ensuring that our unique Ramboll culture is reflected in all communication to our colleagues around the world.
This position is ideal for a strategic thinker with excellent executive presence, strong business acumen and translating complex ideas into compelling stories, and who is passionate about continuing our unique company legacy into the future.
As our new Senior Communications Lead Advisor, you will be part of our Global Internal & People Communications team. Our team, consisting of nine communications colleagues, is vibrant, innovative, and supportive, with a dynamic, international work environment and opportunities to celebrate project milestones and team achievements. The team is part of the global Marketing & Communication function in Ramboll working across our seven business areas and key geographies.
Key Responsibilities
- Being a strategic advisor to our executive leadership team in internal communication, including strategic tasks such as internal executive leadership positioning.
- Being a key driver in the executive leadership team communication for internal channels, including narrative development and organisation of various communication formats by translating complex business strategies into engaging and easy to understand messages for our internal audience.
- Ensuring the implementation of our revised internal communication agenda in the executive leadership team communication.
- Implementing new communication formats with the right messaging, ensuring awareness of strategic business topics such as our client agenda, must win projects and performance aspects.
Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in strategic internal communications
- Demonstrated experience in supporting C-suite leaders and senior executives within the various communication formats
- Outstanding writing and storytelling skills — ability to simplify complex content, able to shift tone, depth, and format with ease according to audience, format and occasion
- Strong understanding of business strategy, commercial and financial content
- Strong organisational, project management and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment
- Experience in a multinational or matrix organization with complex global stakeholder environments
