Your new role
As our new Student Assistant, you will support the Operational Excellence and Business Transformation agenda in Ramboll’s global Environment and Health organisation. You will be part of the Operational Excellence and Business Transformation function, working closely with initiative leads and global stakeholders.
In this role, you will help turn initiatives into clear insights, communication, and structured follow up. You will support governance, reporting, and communication activities that make initiatives visible, understandable, and actionable across the organisation. Our team works in close collaboration across geographies and service lines and is known for its structured approach, strong engagement, and focus on creating value through clarity and transparency.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Supporting the Operational Excellence agenda by analysing initiative and project related data and preparing reporting, insights, and management material for stakeholder and leadership forums
- Contributing to business transformation and continuous improvement efforts by supporting monitoring, reporting, and follow up structures, including surveys, feedback collection, and tracking of actions
- Enhancing communication and visibility of initiatives through updates, newsletters, and other communication formats
- Updating and structuring learning, guidance, and communication materials to ensure clarity, usability, and consistency
- Providing practical support for workshops, meetings, and selected Operational Excellence activities, including coordination and preparation
About you
- Currently studying a bachelor’s degree or the first part of a master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a similar field
- Comfortable working with Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI is an advantage
- Clear and confident communication skills in English
- Relevant practical or international experience, such as student jobs or volunteer work
- Basic understanding of project-based working and operational improvement
- You are available to work approximately 15 to 20 hours per week on average, with flexibility during exam periods
