Your new role

Ramboll Netherlands is looking for a driven and resourceful candidate to advise our clients on environmental, health and safety topics. You have an essential role in our team to support clients in EHS compliance for industrial activities and on new developments. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team with exciting projects, further develop diverse skills and build a successful career within the environmental consulting sector.

 

Your key role will be:

  • Conducting and managing projects for transaction services including due diligence reviews, Phase I environmental site assessments and strategic advice to clients;
  • Regulatory compliance support, compliance auditing and managing (international) compliance audit programmes;
  • Coordination of/experience with advisory services or regulatory reviews on specific EHS topics;
  • Coordination of and involvement in international or local evaluations studies;
  • EHS (management systems) consultancy and ad hoc EHS support to clients in the Netherlands;
  • Manage (local) clients, identify opportunities for supporting clients on EHS matters;
  • Proposal and report writing in Dutch and English;
  • Diplomatic and effective communication with colleagues, clients and subcontractors.

 

Your new team

You will be part of the CST Department at Ramboll Delft, where we support our clients on due diligence, permitting, compliance (audit), management systems and a wide variety of other EHS projects. We work on challenging projects together with colleagues around the world from our Environmental and Health Division, and with other Ramboll Divisions.

 

About you

These include:

  • BSc or MSc degree in Environmental and/or Health & Safety Sciences, Spatial/Urban Planning, Land and Water Management, Physical Geography, or similar;
  • Relevant work experience in consultancy (5 – 10 years – if you have more experience, don't let that stop you from applying if you're interested);
  • Thorough understanding of environmental, health and safety regulations and the implementation in the Netherlands;
  • High degree of independence, taking initiative, solution-oriented thinking;
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy;
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written) in Dutch and English.
