Ramboll is looking for a driven Technical Discipline Lead for our ITB sector.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and coordinate ITB activities across building projects
    • Define and manage interfaces between technical building systems
    • Support multidisciplinary coordination of design and delivery
    • Prepare and maintain ITB plans, interface matrices and related documentation
    • Act as ITB advisor to project teams, clients and contractors
    • Ensure coordinated testing, commissioning and handover of technical systems
    • Ensure ITB delivery in line with Norwegian ITB guidelines (NS 3935)
    • Contribute to development and continuous improvement of ITB methods and best practice

    Qualifications

    • Relevant higher education within building services, engineering or a related technical field
    • Experience with integration and coordination of technical building systems
    • Good understanding of design, construction and commissioning processes
    • Familiarity with Norwegian ITB practice and guidelines (e.g. NS 3935)
    • Experience working in multidisciplinary project teams
    • Ability to communicate clearly with designers, contractors and clients
    • Proficiency in Norwegian and English, written and spoken
