- Coach and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
About You
- 6+ years of experience in global mobility; a combination of Big 4 and in-house global mobility experience is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and a solution mindset; comfortable with data, dashboards, and cost modelling.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cultures and functions.
