Your new position
As our new Business Controller (m/f/d), you will belong to Transport Finance Europe, a group of 6 people from Denmark, UK and Germany, that is part of Transport Business Finance with a total of nearly 80 Business Finance professionals in various roles. You will have a strong focus on the local Transport business and will have the opportunity to drive progress and create impact while developing relationships throughout the organization, both nationally and internationally.
Your key responsibilities will be
- Continuously analyze results and prepare decision-making materials for multiple leadership groups/stakeholders
- Follow up on the business with the aim of increasing profitability by identifying improvement areas in consultation with business leaders
- Budget and forecasting work
- Participate in the work on automation and improved data management
- Sparring partner for your stakeholders
- Periodic result reporting
About you
We will support you in your personal and professional development from the day you start at Ramboll, so that you quickly integrate into our organization and can grow further with us. We have defined the following qualifications and skills as fundamental to succeed in the position:
- Preferably a Master's degree in finance or any other related field
- Have 1-2 years of experience in Business Controlling, Project Controlling, or background from consulting/auditing are preferred but, we also welcome recent graduates with experience as working students or internships
- As a Business Controller, you are curious, proactive, and have the ability to effectively drive your area of responsibility forward, both independently and with others
- A person who likes to build relationships and thrives on exploring, challenging, and driving questions and initiatives forward
- Very good German skills and English skills are required
