Expand our scientific expertise as Team Lead Phys-Chem and Analytics (m/f/d) – Agriculture Regulatory & Scientific Affairs 

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT 

  • Your path is leading into a team of currently 3, and a department team of 60+ with scientists cross all life science  
  • You will plan of work, review of documents and training of your team members
  • Your task: Preparation of data gap analysis and dossiers (EU, the US and Japan requirements) for plant protection products and active substances (chemical and microbial) in the areas of identity, physical-chemical properties and analytics methods 
  • Technical equivalence of active substances and preparation of dossiers for technical equivalence
  • Your mission: Designing and monitoring of studies on identity (5 batch analysis), physical-chemical properties and analytical methods and collaboration with national and international contract laboratories
  • Your focus: Regulatory support, including the development of registration strategies and preparation of expert statements

WHAT YOU OFFER 

  • Science degree preferable in chemistry or food chemistry with PhD
  • Several years of solid experience of chemicals analysis, ideally with practical experience
  • Substantial practical professional experience in regulatory affairs area with focus in plant protection in EU  
  • Ability to tackle and coordinate complex analytical issues effectively 
  • Good experience in team lead and management 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in German and English
