Job Description

  1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance & accounting department.
  2. Prepare/Review financial statements and reports, including monthly, annual accounts and schedules.
  3. Strengthen internal controls, enhance processes improvements.
  4. Develops and maintains a proactive working relationship with clients while delivering agreed upon expectations.
  5. Understands client’s needs and requirements.
  6. Continually examines current processes and procedures to establish process improvements, efficiencies, and group effectiveness.
  7. Prepare cash flow and manage budgets/ cash forecasts.
  8. Perform financial reviews.
  9. Strong technical accounting skills
  10. Review, collect, and analyze data for reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  11. Provide financial support to the senior management team.
  12. Support ad-hoc projects that arise during various systems implementations.
  13. Excellent knowledge of R2R processes
  14. Senior Stakeholder management experience

Qualifications

  1. Strong accounting, analytical, and research skills.
  2. B. Com, MBA & CA Inter
  3. Should have Service mindset.
  4. Should have strong communication & Excel skills.
  5. Strong experience and ability to drive process improvements.
  6. Strong ability to utilize project management and accounting best practices to organize and prioritize tasks and the tasks of other team members.
  7. Ability to work well independently as well as the ability to work well with stakeholders.
  8. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  9. We are looking for a candidate with 4 to 6 years of experience in management of F&A function.

Additional Information

Knowledge / Technical Skills:

  1. Very Good Computer Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…etc.)
  2. Effective & Efficient Communication Skills
  3. Ability to Work as an Efficient & effective Team Member Ability to Handle Projects
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial software applications (SAP/Oracle etc.)
  5. Maconomy ERP knowledge is a plus.
