You will join our Global Advanced Water Treatment department
As our new Industrial Water Practice Leader you will be part of a dynamic team that works across the APAC region. We collaborate with Ramboll experts in North America, Australia and Europe to bring new technologies and ideas to our clients. Our global team has a particular focus on resource recovery, including effluent reuse, biogas production, waste to energy, and nutrient recovery. We work with advanced water treatment technologies such as ion exchange, ceramic membranes and ozonation. The Singapore office is located in a restored shop-house in Singapore’s Chinatown district. This gives the opportunity to collaborate with our colleagues in other sectors such as Environment & Health, Buildings, and Energy.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Identifying leads and opportunities in collaboration with other business units
- Developing and implementing account plans for global clients across Ramboll market sectors
- Bidding for and negotiating new project contracts
- Responsibility for project management and engineering input for water/wastewater treatment and recycling projects in Singapore and South East Asia
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring and peer review to support and grow our engineering capability
- Integrating with the global water sector teams to business development, pursuits, and project execution
- Contributing to global thought leadership and marketing plans

- Degree in Chemical, Environmental or Civil Engineering
- Demonstrated experience in engineering consulting
- Strong knowledge of water and wastewater treatment technologies
- Superior written and verbal communication skills in English
- Track record of working with various industry sectors
- Permanent resident or citizen of Singapore
