Your new role
As our new Consultant you will be part of our biogas and waste-to-X team in Copenhagen (Ørestad office) with technical experts and project managers. You will participate feasibility studies, due diligences, design and implementation of large complex biogas projects as well as in gasification, pyrolysis and fermentation projects.

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Engineer - Electrical to join our dynamic team in Singapore, Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will lead and oversee complex electrical engineering projects, driving innovation and excellence in our organization.
- Manage and mentor a team of electrical engineers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high-quality project deliverables
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of large-scale electrical systems and infrastructure projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems with other engineering disciplines
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
- Conduct technical reviews and quality assurance checks on electrical designs and documentation
- Stay current with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements in electrical engineering
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure project compliance and satisfaction
- Implement and maintain electrical safety standards and best practices across all projects
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in electrical engineering processes and methodologies
- Contribute to business development efforts by participating in proposal preparations and client presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; Master's degree preferred
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with 3-5 years in a leadership role
- Advanced knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices
- Proven experience managing large-scale electrical projects
- Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD Electrical and ETAP
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and cross-functional teams
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- In-depth knowledge of power systems design and analysis
- Thorough understanding of electrical safety standards and regulations
- Experience with energy efficiency and sustainability practices in electrical engineering
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines
- Willingness to travel occasionally for project site visits and client meetings
