We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Engineer ICT - Test to join our team in Chennai, India. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our Information and Communication Technology (ICT) systems through comprehensive testing and evaluation.

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for ICT systems and infrastructure
• Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage
• Conduct thorough testing of network protocols and technologies
• Identify, document, and track software defects and issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and improve system performance
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in ICT testing
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in ICT testing or a related field
• Strong knowledge of ICT systems and infrastructure
• Proficiency in testing methodologies and tools
• Experience with test automation frameworks
• Familiarity with network protocols and technologies
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Understanding of telecommunications and networking principles
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, CISSP) preferred
