You will join our Technical Software department
As our new Contract Manager, you will be part of and work closely with the rest of our new team of 3-4 employees defining tasks and creating a systematic approach in breaking down our legacy contracts and identifying discrepancies with the current data essential activities in the agreements. In the role you will support the team by collecting and adding additional information from the rest of the company and validating it before adding it to the system.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Review legacy contracts and analyse product and pricing information as well as non-standard deal terms
- Support in overseeing the process of reviewing the data, including designing workflows and escalation rules
- Engage with operational business and advise on optimized use of the software
- Secure the system is updated and able to drive upcoming renewal contract within the system
- Assist in collecting secondary information on contracts from other stakeholders in the company
- Coordination of the different task in the contract and be on top of the agreements

- Strong skills in reading contracts and approval of structure
- Experience with reading commercial contracts would be a plus
- Good level of Microsoft Office proficiency, especially in Excel
- Fluent in verbal and written Danish and English
