RallyBound is looking for a Sr. QA Engineer in either our NYC or LA office (remote is also a possibility). This position will:

• Identify and define test plans using product specifications & information solicited from subject experts
• Execute test plans using manual and automated techniques
• Analyze & communicate tests results
• Work closely with local and remote developers as part of a scrum team
• Participate in scrum planning and standups
• Enhance the QA automation strategy/framework
• Assume role of product expert (with time)
• Assume ownership for product quality

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent technical education and experience
• 5+ years prior experience functioning as a senior level QA engineer
• Ability to understand software internals & technical implementation
• Familiarity with software development practices, tools & concepts
• Knowledge of QA methodologies, tools and frameworks 
• Experience writing automated tests in either a scripting language or OO language
• Performance testing experience is a plus
