  • Support our values and promote our company culture 
  • Responsible with the development and facilitation of innovative, creative, cost-effective training programs in order to maximize employee performance and drive engagement
  • Set the stage for how employees join our team by managing all aspects of onboarding 
  • Handle additional people team projects as assigned, including performance reviews, team events, etc. 

 

Qualifications

 

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources or related area. 
  • Has a passion for creating team and driving a strong and winning culture 
  • Strong project management capability including written and verbal communication; able to present, persuade, influence, and shift perspective as needed 
  • Strong work ethic, customer-service focus; willingness to take ownership for wide-ranging responsibilities; creatively think about how to provide the highest level of service and optimal outcome 
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and change, able to methodically work through complex problems, set priorities and execute on commitments
