- Creating highly usable yet elegant design for the web or mobile applications
- Creating prototypes / proof of concepts
- Improving user interfaces based on data and user tests
- Proactively research and stay on top of trends in ecommerce/marketplace and mobile design
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and constant drive to learn
- Strong portfolio with demonstrable design skills
- Ability to understand how the users will want to instinctively interact with the UI
- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS), browser compatibility, and multi-platform design
- Fluency of standard professional tools (Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Motivated, dynamic, creative and results-oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
