Job Description
The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee and update Raising Cane’s digital channels, including the brand website, restaurant listings, new restaurant opening pages, and the overall governance and optimization of digital properties. This role is essential in the successful execution of digital marketing initiatives, driving brand visibility, ensuring content accuracy, enhancing customer experience, and optimizing engagement across digital platforms.
The Digital Marketing Manager will ensure that all content is accurate, up to date, and aligned with the brand’s goals, delivering a seamless and engaging online experience that drives measurable results. This position requires hands-on support for all systems and collaboration with cross-functional teams— including Marketing Communication, IT, Restaurant Excellence, and Consumer Insights—to identify key technology needs, prioritize opportunities, and support new technology implementation.
Your Impact and Responsibilities:
- Maintains and optimizes website content, including campaign pages, promotions, and restaurant information, to ensure brand consistency and engaging customer experience
- Ensures all restaurant location data, hours, and details remain accurate across all digital platforms, including the brand website, Google My Business, Yelp, and other listings within the search experience
- Monitors customer reviews across platforms, identifies trends and opportunities to enhance brand perception, and collaborates with internal teams to proactively address customer concerns effectively
- Serves as the primary contact for campaign ideation, developing creative and innovative strategies to enhance the digital experience for seasonal and local brand campaigns
- Oversees the setup of new restaurant location pages on digital platforms, ensuring all details are accurate, timely, and aligned with brand standards
- Collaborates with the Content Strategist to track and analyze performance of sites, campaigns, and digital initiatives, providing data-driven insights to optimize effectiveness and drive system enhancements
- Resolves any issues related to digital marketing systems and platforms, ensuring optimal performance
- Provides flexible support for digital initiatives and projects, adapting to evolving business needs and shifting priorities both within and beyond this area of support
Qualifications
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience required
- Proven expertise in digital marketing, CMS Systems, technology implementation, and reporting
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, CRM systems, and content management systems
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing and roles as they evolve
- Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively
- Able to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Able to work non-standard hours and days to support urgent digital channels needs
- Able to work full-time at the Restaurant Support Office in Plano, TX
- Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Marketing or Communications) or relative experience in a digital marketing role
