Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our team. As a QA Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. Your primary focus will be on testing and evaluating our software applications, identifying and documenting issues, and collaborating with the development team to resolve them. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the overall quality and integrity of our deliverables.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform thorough testing of software applications to identify defects, bugs, and inconsistencies.
2. Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to understand project requirements and translate them into effective test strategies.
4. Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to validate system behavior and performance.
5. Document and report software defects, issues, and enhancements using appropriate tracking tools.
6. Work closely with the development team to reproduce and troubleshoot reported issues.
7. Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
8. Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing and quality assurance.

Requirements:

1. Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role.
2. Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
3. Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
4. Familiarity with web technologies and mobile app testing
5. Experience in testing APIs and web services.
6. Experience in designing and executing test cases and test scripts.
7. Proficiency in using bug tracking and test management tools.
8. Solid understanding of different types of testing, such as functional, regression, and performance testing.
9. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
10. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
11. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
12. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Proficient understanding of Ghost Inspector
2. Certification in software testing or quality assurance.
3. Knowledge of programming languages and scripting (e.g., Javascript, Java,).
