- Build, manage, and nurture a healthy sales pipeline by systematically tracking opportunities, ensuring timely progression, and maintaining organised records of all customer interactions within our CRM system
- Collaborate closely with Sales Executives to ensure smooth handovers and seamless customer experiences from initial engagement through to sale
- Accurately record and update all customer interactions, pipeline activity, and sales opportunities within our CRM system with precision and consistency
- Conduct thorough research and qualification of leads to ensure only high-quality opportunities aligned with our telematics solutions are advanced to the sales team
- Consistently achieve individual activity targets, pipeline development goals, and referral metrics whilst contributing to the broader success of the team
- Provide feedback and insights on market trends, customer pain points in fleet operations, and competitive intelligence to support continuous improvement and strategic decision-making
