Job Description
The DMARC Growth Specialist - New Business Customers is responsible for maximising cybersecurity revenue opportunities from newly acquired Radius customers. Working closely with the New Business Sales teams, the role will engage customers shortly after onboarding to identify email security risks and position DMARC services as part of their wider technology strategy.
The role combines proactive outbound engagement with consultative solution selling, ensuring new customers are aware of the risks associated with email spoofing, phishing and brand impersonation while helping them implement appropriate protection measures.
This is a target-driven sales role with responsibility for achieving revenue, margin and opportunity generation objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage newly acquired Radius customers following the completion of their initial sale.
- Conduct customer reviews focused on email security and domain protection.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities for DMARC and associated cybersecurity services.
- Work collaboratively with New Business Account Managers and Business Development Managers.
- Educate customers on cyber threats and the benefits of proactive protection.
- Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Deliver high levels of outbound activity and customer engagement.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting.
- Record all customer activity within Salesforce.
- Deliver against monthly revenue, margin and activity targets.
- Support broader cybersecurity growth initiatives across the business.

Qualifications
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Previous sales, business development or account management experience.
- Strong telephone-based selling capability.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence and persuade decision-makers.
- Target-focused and results-driven mindset.
- Experience managing a sales pipeline.
Desirable
- Cybersecurity, IT, SaaS or telecommunications sales experience.
- DMARC or email security knowledge.
- Salesforce CRM experience.
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 environments.
