Learning, development and career progression are at the core of our people principles. In this role, the learning opportunities include working towards a certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Your responsibilities day to day will include:

  • Devise, execute and manage campaigns that align with the business objectives
  • Support the development and automation of marketing campaigns designed to attract, retain or engage with our customers
  • Use A/B testing and performance data to optimise email content, design and automation for maximum engagement
  • Prepare and communicate clear campaign briefs and assets, ensuring adherence to project deadlines
  • Maintain brand consistency across all external communications and marketing materials
  • Create engaging content via email, WhatsApp and SMS
  • Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders at all levels, as well as collaborate with international teams

What do we expect from you?

You will have at least 12 months experience in a marketing, content or communications role, preferably in a B2B environment.

Your knowledge and experience should include:

  • Project management and stakeholder engagement skills, ideally in a multinational context
  • Knowledge of email marketing best practices and experience with CRM tools (familiarity with Salesforce/Marketing Cloud is a plus).
  • Basic HTML knowledge (or willingness to learn)
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to continuous improvement
  • Excellent written communication with a keen eye for proofreading and content quality

Your impact on Radius will be rewarded with the opportunity to develop and progress your career in many directions.

This includes the immediate opportunity to develop skills in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other marketing automation tools.

You’ll also have access to our competitive reward and benefits package, which includes:
