We are currently looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join the fast-growing Energy Team here at Radius.

You’ll report to Becky Barton, Sales Supervisor, on a day-to-day basis, supporting a wider team.

Job Description

  • Delivering high-value sales conversions. Leads will be provided but there will be a requirement to generate your own divisional referrals
  • Ensure that the CRM is up to date and holds all the customer information relating to sales and the pipeline.
  • Deliver the sales targets.
  • Be a team player and refer business opportunities to other group companies as per the internal referral targets that are set
  • Be a self-starter and highly motivated.
  • To perform the job by the company’s policies and procedures, especially the Equal Opportunities and Harassment Policy.
  • To perform any other duties as may be reasonably required from time to time

Qualifications

  • Minimum one year’s experience in a direct B2B sales role within the Irish energy market,
  • Desirable would be fast turnover sales like telecoms, and financial services/ Insurance.
  • Experience generating their own leads.
  • Able to prove they can work under pressure and in a target-based system.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft (or equivalent) software use.
  • Experience with a CRM, for example, Hubspot, Salesforce
  • Be a team player
