Job Description

The role of Proposition Manager is important to us. As a Proposition Manager specialising in UCaaS, CCaaS, IT & Cyber, you will be responsible for leading the development and management of innovative proposition solutions that drive business growth and meet customer needs in the market. You will play a critical role in defining product strategies, identifying market opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class products to market. 

We would love to welcome you to our Belfast office, working hours of Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm. 

Your responsibilities day to day will be… 

  • Lead the end-to-end proposition development process, from concept to launch. 
  • Develop and execute proposition strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends in the telecoms, IT, and IoT sectors. 
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market needs, trends, and opportunities for product innovation. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales. 
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of initiatives, including revenue growth, customer adoption, and user satisfaction

  • Strong understanding of telecom technologies, IT systems, and IoT platforms and solutions. 
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth and meet customer needs. 
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering measurable business results and driving continuous improvement. 
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. 
  • Knowledge of agile and lean product development methodologies preferred, but not essential. 

Qualifications

A University Degree in a relevent subject matter will be highly advantageous for this role.
