Our flagship customer platform, Velocity, powers telematics, fleet management and fuel solutions for over 600,000 active users, and we’re on track to double that in the coming years.
We’re now looking for a Full Stack Developer with Python (Django) and React experience to join our Velocity team.
This role is based in our telematics head office in Arden Square. It is eligible for hybrid working, based on a minimum 3 days per week in Crewe.
You’ll be working on exciting new features and enhancements that will add real value for our telematics customers. This is your chance to make a real impact in a high-growth, product-driven sector.
The tech stack
- Frontend: React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WebSockets
- Backend: Python (Django)
- Database: Postgres
- Hosting: AWS (experience beneficial but not essential)
What you’ll do
- Develop and enhance Velocity’s features, from large-scale projects to smaller improvements.
- Deliver high-quality code using best practices and appropriate documentation.
- Troubleshoot and support the application to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with the Product team to continually drive forward the highest quality.
- Contribute to a roadmap packed with innovation and growth.
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years’ experience with React and Python (Django).
- Strong knowledge of WebSockets
- Familiarity with Postgres
- Bonus: AWS experience

What is the interview process?
When you submit your application to Radius, it will be reviewed by a member of our Talent Acquisition team.
If your application is shortlisted, you can expect the process to look like this:
- Step 1: An introductory video call with our Talent Acquisition team (30 mins).
- Step 2: Video interview with the hiring manager (30–45 mins).
- Step 3: Onsite panel interview in Crewe (60 mins).
