Job Description
The role of Customer Account Manager is an exciting new role as a part of an expanding Account Management team focussing on SME and MSME markets. You will be responsible for the in-life management and retention of our fastest growing area in the business.
This role is office based in Crewe, and you’ll be a part of a vibrant office environment where we work Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm.
The key to success in this role is to have a strong will to be customer-focused with an appetite for customer retention and upsell. You will report into our Sales Manager.
Your key responsibilities day to day will be…
- Making daily calls to aligned customers with the aim of retaining and renewing customer contracts.
- Upselling into customer accounts and driving cross-company referrals and delivering after-sales service to ensure customers are satisfied.
- Developing learning of Radius’ product portfolio with the ability to fully explain features and benefits of our products.
- Working closely with key partners across the major networks.
- Using various CRM systems to extract data from and keep them up to date
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience of consistently delivering against targets in a customer-facing environment (preferably sales).
- Ability to quickly build rapport with customers, understand and find solutions to their pain-points.
- A positive attitude, and the ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities.
