Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Service Delivery Analyst to support the efficient delivery of IT Services across Radius.

As part of our IT Operations department, this is a non-technical, process focussed role.

Reporting to our IT Service Delivery Manager, you will focus on areas such as software licencing, audit management, supplier and contract oversight and internal IT asset tracking.

The overall user base at Radius is approximately 3000 people, so your work will play a vital role in ensuring compliance, minimising risk, and maintaining operational control over IT inventories and third-party services. We work closely to ITIL principles.

In-person collaboration is very important to us. This is an office-based role, working Monday to Friday from our head office site in Crewe, Cheshire.

The onsite facilities are excellent, including gym, changing rooms, café, barista bar, and multiple breakout areas.

Your responsibilities day to day will be…

  • Work closely with the Service Delivery Manager to identify and drive service improvements, to ensure effective IT service delivery.
  • Act as a liaison between end-users and IT teams to ensure effective communication and excellent customer service, ensuring that IT services meet or exceed expectations.
  • Support adherence to internal controls and compliance requirements.
  • Manage IT contracts, tracking key dates, terms and service levels.
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors, resolving issues and monitoring performance.
  • Analyse supplier performance, identifying and addressing issues and performance improvement opportunities where required.
  • Maintain and update a central software licence register, to ensure compliance and timely renewals.
  • Perform licence audits, ensuring accurate data is collected and submitted for timely renewals.
  • Monitor licence usage and identify opportunities for optimisation and cost savings.
  • Maintain an accurate internal IT asset register, including ownership, location and lifecycle status.
  • Coordinate the return, redistribution and overall stock control of IT hardware.
  • Conduct IT asset audits and ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures.

What do we expect of you?

  • Proven experience with IT service delivery, IT asset management or IT procurement/licence management.
  • Eager to learn and passionate about IT Service Delivery with the desire to succeed in a rapidly changing environment.
  • ITIL v4 Foundation certification.
  • Working knowledge of ITSM tools, asset databases and/or licence tracking systems.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and overseeing contract agreements.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
