Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Sales Support Executive to join our team. This role plays a critical function in supporting the Fuel and Account Management teams, ensuring smooth operational processes related to card management, credit administration, and customer service coordination while enjoy a varied role with fantastic opportunities to progress and develop your career.
Card Limit Management
Assist the Fuel and Account Management Team with card limit setting and regular card limit checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
SKDS Submission
Support in the preparation and submission of SKDS documentation via the Shell E-Apps platform.
To cross-check and update the SKDS documentation submitted by the client to ensure compliance with the checklist
Daily DDA Reporting
Collaborate with the Support Team and Credit Admin in preparing and reviewing daily DDA (Direct Debit Authorization) reports.
Security Deposit Handling
To assist and prepare new approval cases.
Generate Security Deposit letters upon application approval for new or existing customers.
- Generate a sales report (Daily / Weekly / Monthly)
- To assist on generating sales reporting for management on daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
Card Delivery Coordination
Assist in the coordination of card deliveries in support, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch to customers.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
- Previous experience working in a telesales role.
- Self-motivated and self-disciplined to follow the daily target driven structure (including good timekeeping).
- First-rate communications skills; demonstrating confidence.
- Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
- Ability to listen and articulate in all communication.
- Adapt well to a changing environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in sales support or administrative roles is an advantage.
