Job Description
Salary: €50,000 (d.o.e) + €18,000 annual OTE
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm (on-site)
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Manager to join the Radius Fuel sales team. This role is pivotal to driving volume and revenue growth in line with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a high-performing outbound sales team on a daily basis.
- Oversee and optimise the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Maintain a high level of personal customer engagement, including on-site visits to key clients.
- Drive team performance to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
- Identify and capitalise on cross-selling opportunities within our broader fleet management solutions portfolio.
- Support onboarding and continuous development through structured training programmes.
- Partner with marketing to design and implement lead generation campaigns.
- Foster a positive team culture that promotes high performance, retention, and professional growth.
Qualifications
We're looking for:
- At least 2 years’ experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Someone who embodies our core values of drive, inclusivity, agility and innovation
- Professional, dynamic, and highly organised, with a motivational leadership style.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; confident in building relationships at all levels.
- Resilient under pressure with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
Additional Information
This role involves travel to client, supplier, and partner meetings, with occasional overnight stays required.
