Job Description

The Quality Assurance Lead is responsible for assuring the quality of and adherence to systems/software product standards, processes and procedures. Compliance with agreed upon standards and procedures is evaluated through process monitoring, product evaluation and work product audits. This Lead role will manage project, coach and mentor other and assist in developing Quality Assurance Analysts.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

•Meet with key business stakeholders and project members to document business and functional requirements. 

•Work and lead large projects. 

•Extensive experience in IT quality programs and practices

•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

•Excellent understanding of quality cost/benefit principles and quality's affect on business decisions

•Assures the quality of and adherence to system/software product standards processes and procedures. 

•Provides expert guidance to build upon quality assurance/test standards to achieve business benefits for all stakeholder groups and focuses on continual process improvement to sustain customer satisfaction. 

•Support the organization’s business initiatives by participating in the requirements solicitation activities. 

•Lead test management and testing resources on the analysis and development of test strategies and plans. 

•Evaluate system/software development control processes and establish quality assurance approval points where a quality evaluation of product or process may be performed in relation to applicable standards.

•Must adhere to pertinent laws, regulations, client’s Compliance Policy and external compliance requirements.

•Other Duties as Assigned
