We are looking for an outgoing, detail-oriented, and success-driven Delivery Manager who delights in developing meaningful client relationships while delivering top-notch project delivery results. At our Chandler, AZ office, you will lead a dedicated, results-driven delivery management team while working with a dedicated, passionate, and fun cross-functional workforce dedicated to enabling your success as you work together to help your clients reach their true potential.

HATS YOU'RE EXPECTED TO WEAR:

• Client Success Champion - Function as the first point of contact/go-to for all client needs and all functional/non-technical internal project questions
• Functional Requirements Owner - Work lock-step with clients and sales/dev teams to maintain and share requirements docs
• Delivery Guru - Maintain concrete, accurate, and dynamic knowledge/quick record of project action items and decisions for easy actioning and sharing
• Notifications Bulldog - Use knowledge of continuously changing action item deadlines to subtly/genially check-in with stakeholders in context-appropriate methods and times
• Communication Conduit - Act as a minimal-overhead communication facilitator for project stakeholders/SMEs using situationally-appropriate tools to facilitate quick and accurate information sharing

CORE QUALIFICATIONS YOU MUST MEET:

• 2+ years of project management experience with enterprise-level software projects (preferably with 6+ months each in both waterfall and agile)
• In-depth knowledge of agile and waterfall PM processes, including pros/cons of each methodology and tools/approaches
• Extensive understanding of and familiarity with web and mobile development, design, and all related technologies, processes, and terminology
• Incredibly positive and friendly, social demeanor
• Unyielding persistence and determination
• An ability to always move forward with tasks (small and large) regardless of unknowns/blockers
• Honed focus on low-overhead, effective organization with an attention to detail
• Incredibly driven to get things done and facilitate others to do so
• Flexible/situational project management that adapts nuances of one's project management style and tools as the needs of the situation demand
• Must be comfortable with a travel schedule of up to 25%
• Must be a US citizen or have a valid Employment visa, no sponsorships provided

AWESOME IF YOU ALSO HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

• A college degree/higher education
• Previous experience as a developer across a breadth of technologies new and old (and as close to full-stack as possible)
• Previous consulting experience
• Salesforce or Heroku knowledge and experience
• IoT or AI comprehension and knowledge
