About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and highly capable Learning and Organisational Development Coordinator to join our People and Capability team. This role is the key point of contact for learning and development across the business, supporting training needs, building learning programs, and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.

Reporting to the Head of People and Capability, you will play a pivotal role in both operational delivery and strategic initiatives. The role also supports organisational development activities, including performance review cycles, engagement surveys, and career pathways – helping to shape a high-performing and engaged workforce.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage the planning, design, delivery, and implementation of capability development programs (onboarding, leadership, technical, and functional training).
  • Facilitate engaging onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration for new employees.
  • Maintain and update eLearning content to support ongoing compliance.
  • Partner with leaders to plan and monitor training activities, providing insights on effectiveness.
  • Coordinate the administration of RWWA’s learning systems (LMS, Culture Amp, and employee experience platforms).
  • Support key organisational development initiatives, including engagement surveys and performance review cycles.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to leaders, executives, and committees on learning and development activities, compliance, and program outcomes.

Qualifications

About You

You are a proactive and organised learning and development professional who thrives on creating engaging learning experiences and driving cultural growth. You are confident working with diverse stakeholders, balancing both detail and strategy, and delivering initiatives that build capability across the organisation.

In this role, you will bring:

  • 3 – 5 years of demonstrated experience in a similar learning or organisational development role.
  • Advanced facilitation and communication skills, both in-person and online.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and application to program design and delivery.
  • High proficiency in Learning Management Systems, HRIS, employee experience platforms, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence across diverse groups.
  • Advanced organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to drive initiatives.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (highly desirable).
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (highly desirable).
  • Accreditation in profiling or coaching tools, such as PRINT®, is highly regarded.
