Job Description

The Opportunity

We are in search of a Customer Retention Specialist with a flair for creativity and a savvy analytical mind to help drive customer engagement and retention.

This exciting role is responsible for creating engaging digital communications to highly targeted audiences and driving actionable insights from complex data sets to develop effective data-driven customer lifecycle and loyalty strategies.

You should have an exceptional ability for planning, implementing and reviewing campaign activity to maximise results in a highly competitive and fast-paced market, and a passion for sport and racing will amplify your success in this role.

Please note we are seeking a full-time candidate based in Perth, who is open to collaborating at our head office in Osborne Park a few days a week.

Some of the duties include but not limited to:

  • Develop, execute and measure campaigns via eDM, SMS, push and in-app messaging.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve the relevancy of customer communications within the customer life-cycle framework.
  • Collaborate on strategy and process to retain existing high-value customers.
  • Perform analysis and customer segmentation of current customer databases to produce targeted and timely campaigns.
  • Build and deployment of automated customer journeys and dynamic email content.
  • Responsible for brand compliance of all CRM activity.

Qualifications

About You

  • Experience in marketing campaign tools – SMS, eDM, Push communicatons
  • Experience with segmentation and building marketing campaigns.
  • CRM experience at a broad level
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing customer engagement strategies.
  • Experience with implementing test and learn experiments.
  •  Well developed verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent written skills with experience in developing engaging copy for use in digital mediums.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Hands-on experience in digital marketing or CRM role will be well-regarded.
  • Basic HTML and Adobe suite knowledge is desired.
