Job Description

We are seeking a Contracts Administrator.

Reporting to the Contract Management Team Leader, this role will support the contracts team in the commercial management and delivery of a broad range of projects, in line with the terms of contract and State Government procurement legislation.  

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing contract administration for Contracts – including the management and assessment of progress claims, variations, EOT’s, invoicing (if required) and contract delivery

  • Issuing purchase orders 

  • Updating Tenders WA on a regular basis

  • Maintaining registers of variations and claims

  • Assisting with cost control, project forecasting and developing KPI's 

  • Attending and minuting supplier meetings 

  • Assisting in monthly reporting

Qualifications

Ideally to be successful in this role you will need: 

  • At least 1 year of Contract Management Experience (Civil projects)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 

  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team.  

  • Experience using Contract Management Software (desired but not essential)

  • Teritary qualification in Contract Administration or similar (desired but not essential)
