The TAB is powered by the Bettering Department has transformed how we provide the pinnacle of sporting and racing excellence to our customers through a broad digital and retail portfolio. Job Description

 We’ve been on an exciting journey growing our technical and product capability and are looking for a number of .Net Software Developers of all levels of experience to join our Bettering Department to deliver a number of critical strategic initiatives.  

You’ll be working across every aspect of our flagship TABtouch product and will have exposure to exciting opportunities whilst being supported to grow and develop your skills within a large software development team. 

Of-course flexibility is key, so we continue to support flexible and remote working for all our team members. 

Qualifications

We are looking for skills that will allow the successful applicant to fit in our team and culture;

  • You love the challenge of solving complex business and technical problems using modern software development practices 
  • Experience with Microsoft .Net including C# and .Net core 
  • Experience using AWS services such as API Gateway, Kinesis, Lambda and DynamoDB (or other NoSQL databases) would be ideal. If you don’t have this, don’t worry, we’ll give you all the training you need 
  • You understand DevOps concepts including working with CI/CD tools 
  • You are open minded and are willing to bring fresh ideas to the way that we work
