Job Description

Would you love to  facilitate RSEG's solution integration within our customer’s organization? Does  integration with key RSEG functional groups to enhance workflows, improve productivity, and creating a long-term partnership with RSEG and the client sound like something you'd be good at? Do you like to colllaborate with cross functional teams to create a successful program strategy with tailored solutions that align with the customer’s vision and organizational goals? If so, come join our customer success team in Houston! This role reports directly to the Managing Director. 

As part of the customer success team, you will:

Program Manage:

  • Bring new ideas and perspectives on how the client can better recognize the RSEG value (i.e. presentations, analyst meetings, and Insight events, etc.)
  • Proactive approach to ‘promoting’ our work, leveraging deep dive analysis and insight into the energy space for E&P companies and investors
  • Define and execute onboarding strategy with Account Executive 
  • Proactively work with the Product and Back-End Support teams to resolve inbound support cases and communicate statuses for accounts
  • Plan and execute onsite learning events and product refresher meetings
  • Assist and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with customer
  • Work with Account Executive to actively manage the account’s Feedback Communication Protocol
  • Build RS Brand awareness
  • Promote long-term relationship(s)

Project Manage:

  • Primary liaison for the communication of all support updates to the client
  • Identify/support/facilitate integration requirements/needs for RS Solutions
  • Promote full company engagement
  • Communication to internal management – progress/challenges/successes
  • Proactively meet with users to gain feedback and address questions
  • Kickoff meeting with new customers
  • Product(s) Onboarding and facilitation of onboarding and training sessions
  • Client workflow identification and deliver this feedback to our internal teams
  • Product(s) training – ongoing effort
  • Identify Champions/Stakeholders – continuous improvement
  • RSEG new ‘release or feature’ communication with Customer to proactively engage the users
  • Create internal Salesforce reports to monitor and measure Customer Success KPIs


What you need to succeed (must haves):

  • Undergraduate degree in Geology, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or like fields is required
  • Understand the fundamentals of Exploration and Production (E&P) industry with a focus on drilling, completions, geology, and like fields with an understanding of economic analysis
  • Prior experience in an energy client facing role, with customer success and/or support preferred
  • Highly computer literate
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, specifically presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, task-oriented personality with a strong work ethic and desire to learn
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple functional and geographical groups concurrently across multiple time zones
