Your Role
In this combined role, your key mission is work as country HR coordinator, to closely work with the MT team in India, lead a team to provide centralized human resource service to organizations, include but not limited to:
- Ensure efficiency of centralized common service to business team in Pune, in scope of employee’ life-cycle HR operations, industrial relationship, technology, transaction processes as well as travel service.
- Establishes and implement standardized country HR policies and procedures for handling employee questions, job transactions, and administration of human resource programs, in compliant with the organization’s way of working. Examples, manage country C&B programs, run local TA, TD & DEI project etc.
- Coordinate with HR communities and business management team to drive the organization’s HR initiatives and programs in country.
- Support business team to handle special HR program or projects per request.
Besides, you will be the shared HR Support of Pune team that comprising of Manufacturing, R&D and Finance and IT team, assist managers in working with attracting, development and retaining right people for today and future business needs. Liaise with business HRBP and managers to develop and implement local HR strategies that are appropriate for business needs and consistent with the organization's overall HR strategy.
About You
- We are looking for someone holds a doctor’s major in human resource, business administration or related, with broad HR knowledge, familiar with local legislation and employment law. Must have worked in a manufacturing set up within an international environment / shared services.
- You shall have minimum 10-15 years working experience in HR field with minimum 5-8 years in HR leader position preferably with a multi-national company. Business partner background, with solid understanding of human resources especially in sales organizations will be preferred.
- You have strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skill, customer service focus with solutions-oriented mindset, flexible and agile to support business as per expectation. Confident on implementing personnel policies with negotiating and influencing skills as well as sense of confidentiality.
- English is working language, you must be able to communicate in English well, both verbal and writing, also be good at interpret, analyse HR data, and make presentations to group, run discussions, dialogues is preferred.
