Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Coordinator to support our Finance, Quality Assurance, and Audit teams. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, entering and updating data within SAP and CRM systems, supporting financial operations, and ensuring information integrity across multiple business functions.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential information in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, validate, and maintain data within SAP and CRM systems.
  • Review and correct data discrepancies to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Support the Finance Team with data management, reporting, and documentation activities.
  • File, organize, and maintain records within company systems and databases.
  • Assist the Global Audit Department by preparing and providing documentation for audits.
  • Support the Quality Assurance (QA) Team with data tracking, reporting, and administrative activities.
  • Monitor data quality and recommend process improvements when needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate information management.
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • C1 English proficiency (written and verbal).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with SAP, CRM systems, or similar business platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Must be able to work Pacific Time (PT) hours

Travel Requirements: This position does not require travel.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
