Job Description
The NPI Coordinator is responsible for new product integration and ECO management for all customers within our facility including the the Global Accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the NPI Process, including Checklist completion and Verification Forms.
- Maintain the JDE system: Item Master, Item Branch, Routings, Bill of Materials, etc.
- Act as a liaison between other departments, customers and suppliers to ensure effective and on time introduction of New Products.
- Liaise with other functions regarding BOM’s, ECN’s and follow up on queries as they relate to New Products.
- Holding and facilitating New Products Meetings.
- BOM change release and deviation procedure/process.
- Documenting process change requirements and customer specific processes.
- Provide production support & trouble shooting/investigate root cause analysis for production failers and system issues.
- Support IT and site BA with label programming requests.
- At times when required, access customer and internal systems to gather data needed.
- All other duties as assigned.
1st shift hours with some flexibility.
Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of relevant administrative/operational support in manufacturing operations or office environment directly related to the duties of the job.
- Ability to maintain professional communication at all times.
- Exceptional communication skills; oral and written.
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on customer needs.
- Critical thinking skills

- Impecable attention to detail.
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Disclosure Statement:
The national pay range for this role is $40,700 to $57,700 annually. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
