RP Pro Services is seeking is seeking a Telecommunications Analyst at Scott AFB, IL. In this role you will provide audio, visual and telecommunications support to our DoD customer.

The work location is Scott AFB, IL

Your Responsibilities:

• You’ll provide operations and maintenance support for our client’s telephone, VTC, and communications infrastructure.
• You will assist with the facilitation of Video Teleconference (VTC) meetings, events and training class for Command-Level Global Video Services (GVS)/ Defense Collaboration Services (DCS).
• You will maintain and schedule 12 conference rooms to include Personal Computer (PC) hardware, PC software, A/V control system, microphones, telephones, and network connectivity. 
• You’ll attend monthly meetings to discuss future events hosted by DGOC. This may include training classes, conferences, town hall meetings, all-hands, meetings, and other events held at DGOC.
•  You’ll be responsible for completing room setup for these events. Setup shall include configuring and testing all A/V aspects of the event (phones, VTC, audio, network connectivity, etc.). Furniture moves (tables, chairs, podiums, risers, etc.) may also be required.

Your Required Qualification:

•  Must be a US Citizen
• Must have an active Interim Top-Secret clearance
• Ability to perform the tasks described above
•  CompTIA A+ or Network+ required, Security+ CE preferred.
