RP Pro Services is seeking is seeking an experienced SAP Security Specialist who will provide senior level Special Access Program (SAP) security support. You will not only be responsible for ensuring the implementation of national program security policy directives, but will be in a position to shape policy and implementation procedures.

You will have knowledge of SAP discipline’s security concepts, principles, and practices necessary to review, analyze, and resolve complex issues; skills in planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating security programs to meet mission requirements and improve
the overall security program; the ability to establish effective professional working relationships with coworkers and customers, contributing to a cooperative working environment and successful accomplishment of the customer’s mission.

The work location is Arlington, VA

Your Responsibilities:

• You will provide direct support to the Director Joint Staff SAPCO with comprehensive security guidance concerning personnel, physical, operational, technical, information, industrial, counterintelligence, and computer security issues to Government and contractor personnel.
• You will assist in the development, review, coordination, and execution of a wide range of SAP Security activities to include:
• Tracking and accounting for SAP material
• Preparing, tracking, and documenting Program Access Requests (PARs)
• Reviewing SAPF accreditation packages, conducting pre/post construction inspections, and documenting recommendations for approval government approval
• Supporting SAP level meetings, verifying clearances, checking-in personnel, and accounting for documentation
• Drafting and reviewing Standard Operating Procedures
• CUAs, MOUs, and MOAs

Your Required Qualification:

• Must be a US Citizen
• Must have an active TS/SCI clearance 
• Minimum of 10 years of related security experience. 
• At least 2 years of experience in a Service, Agency, or Component SAPCO.
• Bachelor’s degree
•  Certifications in the following DSSA Courses:
  o    Introduction to Special Access Programs (required)
  o    SAP Mid-level Security Management (preferred)
  o    ICD 705 Physical Security Course (preferred)
  o    SFPC (preferred)
